Aerospace Engineering

In order to complete a time-sensitive project on schedule, a major aircraft company turned to TDM to augment their existing engineering staff. Structures design engineers, CAD drafters, stress analysts and weights engineers were provided to work within their engineering department. The TDM personnel were supervised by the clients' technical management.

Aerospace Manufacturing

An Airframe Manufacturer asked TDM to provide an eighty-five person team to assist with the manufacturing phase of a composite helicopter fuselage program. Team members included manufacturing engineers, tool designers, manufacturing planners, composite toolmakers, composite lay-up technicians, composite sub-assembly and bonding technicians and final assembly fitters. TDM also provided the management and supervisory personnel for each of these groups. The team operated as a cohesive, semi-autonomous unit within the client's facilities.
